Study Abroad Fair

September 5, 2017

When it comes to study abroad, you have several options to choose from—International study centers, summer journey programs, college sponsored programs, university exchange and affiliate programs. With so many great choices, how do you decide which is best for you? On Sept. 6, join the Office of Education Abroad on OU’s South Oval from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. for the annual Study Abroad Fair. Learn about the different programs offered, the many destinations around the world, what would be the best choice for you, meet your advisors and get a treat! It’s a win-win!

“Through my study abroad experience, I slowly became the person I had always aspired to be: someone who smiled every morning, laughed every second of every day and never said no to any spontaneous adventure that came my way. For the first time in 22 years, I can honestly say that the second I decided to pursue my dreams, I gained more confidence than I imagined. All it took was a 4,000-mile step out of my comfort zone. So here’s to London and my study abroad experience. Thanks for the memories that will forever be etched in my heart. “ --Excerpt from History major Kelsey Mays’ 2017 Virtues of Study Abroad essay about her time in London.
