International Student Forums

Recently CIS hosted two international student forums, one on OU’s Tulsa campus with around 80 people in attendance, and another on the Norman campus, with around 70 people. Students voiced their opinions and frustrations and asked questions regarding the government’s new immigration travel rules. Suzette Grillot, Dean of CIS; Robyn Rojas, Director of the Office of International Student Services; Suzie Kern, Director of International Risk Management at CIS; and Nima Zecavati, In-House Immigration Council, addressed the crowd on how these recent decisions are impacting international students at OU.

OU and the College of International Studies are closely monitoring this situation and will keep the international community updated on any changes.
